Return Policy

Thiswillshockyou.com will only accept returns under the following conditions.

1. You must request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds are issued after 30 days!!!

2. Each return MUST have an order number included with it.

3. When returning a DVD we recommend using a carrier that can track packages. We also recommend insuring the returned DVD. Thiswillshockyou.com will not be held responsible for lost returns.

4. The customer must inform Thiswillshockyou.com of any problems with the order within 10 days of the delivery date.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been opened unless the DVD is defective.

6. Full refunds are given for each return less shipping and handling. You are 100% responsible for returning the product back to us and covering the shipping cost. Thiswillshockyou.com will not pay for or reimburse any customer for returning a DVD

7. Please allow us 3-8 business days to process your return.
